I'm joining thousands of people across Ireland and the world for sunrise on Saturday May 7th to support people affected by sucide and self-harm.

I will be a light against the dark, will you join me?

The last two years have been so difficult for everyone and they have been especially difficult for those affected by suicide and self-harm. More people than ever are relying on the life-saving services that Pieta provides free of charge, to those in suicidal distress, those who are self-harming and those who have been bereaved by suicide.
