Hello, my loved ones!
As a person who has been impacted by suicide and self-harm around my close circles, or shared the pain of others who lost relatives or friends because of suicide, it is important to me to support activities, groups, chats and organisations against suicide and self-harm.
We all deserve to feel love, support and understanding in this life, so one of the best ways I find to help this objective is financial support to those groups and organisations that have professionals who extend their arms as contingence and walk along to those who need mental health support in desperate moments.
So, this time I am joining my work team to fundraise for this cause and also participate in a run/walk.
Any contribution is welcome to support this cause.
Let's remember with love those who departed, and let's work together to bring hope and save lives.
