If you know me, you know I'm more likely to go to bed at 4am than wake up and go for a walk. But for Darkness Into Light, in honour of all our loved ones we lost in the dark, I get up at 4am and join the march around Burnaby Lake to see the sun rise.

100% of these donations support the work we dont at the Crisis Centre of BC - which includes taking calls in the middle of the night to help folks see another dawn.

Your donation also helps us reach young people and less young people so we can identify and help ourselves when crisis hits, and help one another too.
