We're taking part in Darkness Into Light 2024, on Saturday, May 11th at sunrise to raise vital funds for people affected by suicide and self-harm.

In memory of our beloved Emma. Those who had the chance to meet her will never forget her smile.

Before she took her life in 2019 I was so blessed with ignorance about depression and suicide; I learned my lesson the hard way. I can say there is a "before" and an "after" that moment in my life, and such a deep grief dealing with the violence of losing a young and sweet friend without having a clue about what she was going through.

That's why it is capital to speak out. Mental health is important and it must be addressed without any stigma. Let's talk about it. If you have suicidal thoughts, talk about it with your friends. There is no shame in asking for help. You are not alone. Things will get better; don't give up!
