Help us stand up against suicide and self-harm.
Dan and I are taking part in the Darkness Into Light 2024 walk, proudly supported by Electric Ireland, on Saturday May 11th at 4.15am to raise vital funds for people affected by suicide and self-harm.
We are walking for Listening Ear Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland to continue to help them provide life-saving services for those who need it. Because after darkness always comes the light.
Listening Ear work in our community, workplaces and schools to give people with give mental health support alongside giving support to get them back to work, out of debt and help to remove some burdens.
We are doing this in memory of our beautiful, amazing friend Christina. So would really appreciate any support at all to help people to be given the tools and support to overcome one of the biggest challenge you can face in life and be free.
