In Memory, In Strength, In Hope
On Saturday, 9th May, I’ll be taking part in Darkness Into Light 2026 — a walk that means so much to so many people, and especially to me.
My name is Adam, and I’m doing this walk in memory of my uncle Kieran, who we lost to suicide, and for myself, having gone through my own struggles and survived an attempt.
This walk is about showing support for those who are struggling right now, remembering those we’ve lost, and helping ensure Pieta can continue to be there for people when they need it most.
Every step I take is for someone who feels unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed. It’s my way of saying: you are not alone. There is help. There is hope. Even in the darkest moments, there is light.
If you’re able to support my walk, please know that every single euro makes a real difference in helping Pieta continue their lifesaving work.
Thank you, genuinely, for your support — it means more than I can put into words.
