In memory of my beautiful mother
On 11 May, I'll be walking here in Luxembourg in memory of my beautiful, strong, determined, encouraging, loving mother who we lost nearly 9 years ago. I believe that her illness left her with the feeling that she had no other choice, but I hope that by encouraging conversation about mental health and by raising awareness of the help that is available to those in need it will be easier for others to open up about their overwhelming thoughts and ask for that help. All donations to my fundraiser will support three mental health charities in Luxembourg, or you can donate directly to Pieta House in Ireland. You can also sign up to walk and spread the message that help is out there and that there is hope xxx
