I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2025 on Saturday, 10th May, to raise vital funds for Pieta and people affected by suicide and self-harm.

We all need someone to talk to❤️

I never realised how important finding someone to talk to was until I  hit that wall. But more importantly was someone to just listen to me and really hear what I was saying..we all have problems,  how we deal with them is the battle.  Learning how to cope with the day-to-day stresses of life and how to remember the simple gifts we have every day is so important. 
I wake every day and remind myself how grateful I am for family,  friends,  & neighbours. How beautiful the world is around me, how grateful I am to have a roof over my head,  a warm bed to lie in, food on the table and clothes on my back. The stunning nature that surrounds me every day.  There is plenty of negative situations out there, how we let it affect us is half the battle.  Start small and be grateful for the simple things in life. Tell the people you care for in your life,  how important they are and that  your love and care for them. Not easy but try. ❤️😉
