Suicide is a deeply complex and painful issue, often surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. Many people experience suicidal thoughts at some point, but support and recovery are possible. Unfortunately a lot of families will have this touch their lives at some stage in some way. Being the light means being nonjudgmental, being present, supporting people who in their darkest times feel trapped and alone. You are not alone.Thank you to my Sponsors
