Darkness into light
Hi all,
Please please read!! I’m doing this fundraiser for darkness into light to share an awareness. As Mental heath is a big cause in Ireland and many young people are passing away due to it, Pieta house have been doing brilliant work threw out the years for hundreds of people threw out the country.
Darkness into light is more than a walk. It’s a lifeline. It’s a message that says: You are not alone. You are seen. You are loved.
This cause is very close to my own heart, I lost my mam at a very young age due to suicide. It broke me into pieces. Living day to day live without a parent you need most is hard. I suffer with anxiety and depression my normal days can go bad in a space of seconds, I’ve suffered with my mental heath for years myself and nearly lost my own life last year. It’s something we don’t open up as often as we should and show my awareness. I lost myself and found myself after years of hard work in therapy. Leaning and become a better person and myself. I would like to give back to them.
We never know who’s struggling and who’s not doing okay. Always check up with ur funny friends, the always I have my life stored friend, ur family as-well.
Every euro raised the next coming weeks helps funds suicide prevention and mental heath support. That kind that saves lives when the Nigth feels long. This fundraiser which saves many lives.
