DIL sunrise yoga for Pieta House at Lough Owel
Join Ciara at sunrise for an energising yoga session (open to everyone!) while the sun rises over Lough Owel 🌅
What to Expect:
🧘🏼♀️45 minutes of movement and breath work while the sun rises.
🌊Option to join for a lake dip after and some hot drinks & chats!
Location: Lough Owel Diving Board Carpark

Every day, people find themselves in moments of deep distress. They feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn. Pieta is there for them, offering free, professional support at a time when it matters most.
Events like Darkness Into Light are vital. Around 80% of Pieta’s funding comes from public fundraising.
