As someone who has struggled with their mental health over the last few years, this cause and message really means a lot to me. I think the message of going from darkness into light is a really powerful and hopeful message around a cause that affects so many so devastatingly. It's not an easy route and not one that everyone is able to take but hopefully with support it's one that more and more people will be on.

I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2025 on Saturday, 10th May, to raise vital funds for Pieta and people affected by suicide and self-harm.
