Even the Darkest Night Ends in Sunrise

On 9th May, I’ll be taking part in Darkness Into Light.

This walk is more than just an early start and a few kilometres — it’s a powerful reminder that even in the darkest moments, light and hope can be found.

Mental health is something that touches all of us in one way or another. Whether it’s through our own experiences or those of people we care about, it’s something that deserves more conversation, more compassion and more support.

I’m taking part to show solidarity, to support the incredible services that help people in crisis, and to play even a small part in raising awareness. Watching the sunrise alongside so many others is such a strong symbol — moving from darkness into light together.

If you can, I would really appreciate any donation towards this cause. No amount is too small, and every contribution goes towards supporting people who need help the most.

And if you’re not in a position to donate, even sharing this page or having an open conversation about mental health makes a difference.

Thank you so much for your support 💛
