I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2025 on Saturday, 10th May, to raise vital funds for Pieta and people affected by suicide and self-harm.

 I’m taking part in the Darkness Into Light walk—a cause very close to my heart. Over the past year, I’ve faced some difficult challenges with my own mental health, and this walk is both a personal milestone and a way to give back.
