I’m taking on the 7 Peak Challenge in the Mourne Mountains on April 25th, hiking 29km across some of the toughest and most beautiful terrain in Northern Ireland.
I’m doing this in aid of Darkness Into Light, supporting Pieta House, an organisation that provides free, life-saving support to people impacted by suicide and self-harm.
Mental health affects so many of us, directly or indirectly. By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise awareness, spark conversations, and contribute to vital services that help people in their darkest moments.
