Why am I doing this?
Hi guys,
I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2025 on Saturday, 10th May, to raise vital funds for Pieta and people affected by suicide and self-harm.
I have always supported this charity and I think what they do is amazing and very important.

I believe in a world where suicide, self-harm and stigma are replaced by hope, self-care, and acceptance.
Suicide and Self Harm are very important discussions and we should spread awareness and help people who are affected by these struggles.
