I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2024, on Saturday, May 11th at sunrise to raise vital funds for people affected by suicide and self-harm.
Pieta have partnered with like-minded charities across the globe to continue to help provide life-saving services for those who need it.

A story of hope
In 2020, our lives changed forever, our boy Lachy was suffering in silence we only found out when it was too late. We watched on as emergency services put on their capes and brought Lachy back to life. He scored a free ride in a helicopter and a long stay in hospital but he was here with us and we were given a second chance.
Lachy's journey to recovery has not been easy, 3 years on and although he has made tremendous progress the struggle is real on some days. Lachy’s strength and courage is something to be admired and we could not be prouder of the person he is today.
As his mother, I am proud to share our story and the power of hope. We want to spread awareness and help others who may be struggling.
On May 11th are walking from darkness into light 🙌
