I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2025 on Saturday, 10th May, to raise vital funds for Pieta and people affected by suicide and self-harm.
A few years ago I had no idea of the extent of work Pieta does for those impacted by suicide and self-harm. Since then, I have come to learn so much. The work Pieta does every day to support those suffering, and those left behind is truely incredible.
