Help me stand up against suicide and self-harm.
I'm taking part in Darkness Into Light 2024, on Saturday, May 11th at sunrise to raise vital funds for people affected by suicide and self-harm. 100% of all funds raised go directly to the amazing Distress Centre Calgary, our charity partner since our first walk back in 2015.
Distress Centre Calgary provides 24/7 crisis support on the phone, email, chat and text. Together with Pieta House, their goal is to raise much-needed funds for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
