In conjunction with Elucidate Studio & PIETA HOUSE I am taking part in Darkness Into Light 2026 to support Pieta and bring hope to people affected by suicide and self-harm. By participating in a 30 minute high intensity spin class @ 4:30/5:15AM led by Eleanor .
