In the dark i found hope
Pieta house holds a special place in my heart, as it has been a beacon of support through my own struggles with mental health. For years i was lost in the darkness unsure if there was ever light in sight. But darkness into light is a reminder that no matter how deep the struggle, there’s always hope.
This event not only raises awareness about the impact of suicide and mental health struggles, but also offers a powerful message to those feeling lost in the darkness: “ there is light at the end of the tunnel”. By participating, we break the silence and show that it is okay to talk reach out and to seek help.
