Date: Saturday, May 10th
Time: 5:30 AM (right after the DIL Walk)
Location: Laytown Beach, Beside The Coast Tavern
Duration: 30 minutes
Join me for a peaceful and uplifting Breathwork session in nature — an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, reset your mind and body, and share space with a supportive community.
No experience is needed — just come with a yoga matt, an open heart and a willingness to breathe.
100% of donations go directly to Pieta, helping ensure their life-saving services remain free and accessible.
With 85% of Pieta's funding coming from events like Darkness Into Light, your support truly makes a difference.
