Emma and I are taking part in Darkness Into Light 2024, on Saturday May 11th at 4.15am to raise vital funds for people affected by suicide and self-harm.
Pieta have partnered with like-minded charities in Great Britain to continue to help provide life-saving services for those who need it.
If you are in a position to be able to donate £5 (£1 a km) or even £1 it will be greatly appreciated.
